Beautiful picture but I couldn’t see the road … unless you are making a ‘heavenward ‘ journey ?
Its a road to home… i had written after the pic… heaven is our home from where we come to this earth to fullfil our duties
Ok so I did interpret it right
Yes dear… absolutely right interpretation
Was this taken on a flight Nidhi. This is an evocative picture that brings forth a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness. Just like you say finally the road to home (read: heaven) will be a hopeful one, minus the worldly desires and discrepancies.
Thank you so much for linking up with Esha and me for #WordlessWednesday. Means much.
Yes di…. while coming back from India after mom’s funeral… it came at perfect time… as if she told me that she reached home safely
This picture filled me with peace and had a calming effect on me. I am sure one must feel as peaceful, or more, when heading ‘home’!
Very beautiful shot!
Thanks so much Shilpa… I am sure too… there is a movie based on this thought… “What dreams may come”
Oh, is it? Will check it out! Thanks! 🙂
sure… do let me know how u like it…
The picture you posted is so evocative and somewhere I could feel a tinge of pain and loss and now, reading the comments I know why it is so! I am sorry for your loss, dear NIdhi and I can only tell that time alone will heal this pain although nothing ever compensates for the loss of a parent in our entire lifetime. I am so glad you decided to join us for this #WordlessWednesday prompt.
